Terms and Conditions

＊Members can use their member points to redeem gifts during the event period. There is no limit to the number of gifts that can be redeemed.
＊Gifts can be sent out with your order, collected individually at Tuen Mun store or shipped out individually (shipping fee not included).
＊You must add the gift to your shopping cart and submit your order to obtain an order number for successful redemption.
＊No changes or cancellations can be made once a gift has been redeemed.
＊All member points are for your own account only.
＊Due to the system restriction, please select the following shipping method only if you wish to ship individually. You may contact us via Whatsapp or Facebook if you still cannot submit your order (e.g. error message is shown):

＊Due to the size of the package, please do not place any member gifts into the order of ordering the trial pack individually with the "Free local mailing" shipping method. The redemption will be cancelled by the system within 7 working days and your member points used in that order will be refunded according to the original expiry date.
