Pick-up at Tuen Mun Store |
After receiving the "Arrived" status email notification, the order can be picked up at Tuen Mun store within 14 days from the date of the email. Please present the order page or order confirmation email when picking up the order (screenshots of the order will not be accepted), and provide the recipient's phone number for verification. If you need someone to pick up the order on your behalf, please indicate in the order remarks. We reserve the right to refuse unauthorized/unverified persons to pick up orders. If you are unable to pick up the order in Tuen Mun Store within a definite time, please contact us as soon as possible. We reserve the right to cancel overdue orders without refund and/or further notice.

Shiplus Express Self pick-up |
Please select the pick-up point as the delivery address on the checkout page. Amending the pick-up point after submitting the order may delay shipment and/or incur additional charges. Under normal circumstances, the shipment will be delivered to the selected self-pickup point within 3 days after dispatched. After the shipment arrives, the courier company/self-pickup point will notify you to pick up via WhatsApp or SMS message. You need to pick up the shipment at the self-pickup point within the specified time. If it is not picked up within the definite time, the courier company will charge additional fees such as additional storage fees. Please ensure the recipient's phone number is able to receive WhatsApp message notifications to avoid delay/failure to pick up or incur additional charges. If your phone number cannot receive WhatsApp messages, please contact us before placing your order. Shiplus Express may update the self-pickup point or the business hours of the self-pickup point aperiodically. We will try our best to update the TruCare website synchronously, but due to the time required for our system adjustment, the information of self-collection points on the official website of Shiplus Express shall prevail. Please fill in the complete business/residential address at the delivery address. If you have special requests for delivery (e.g. if you need the delivery to occur at a specific time period), please note it in brackets at the back of the address. Please select the delivery address on the checkout page. Amending the delivery address after submitting the order may delay shipment and/or incur additional charges. After the order is shipped, you can check the shipping status of the order on the courier company's website with the tracking number. You will receive an SMS notification when the shipment arrives at the delivery address. Please pick up the shipment within the time limit indicated in the SMS. This shipping method is only available for single purchasing trial pack. Please provide the business/residential address as the delivery address.
